يعاقب بالسجن المشدد وبغرامة لا تقل عن مليون جنيه ولا تزيد على عشرة ملايين جنيه
كل من حاز أو أحرز أو باع أثرا أو جزءا من أثر خارج جمهورية مصر العربية ،
ما لم يكن بحوزته مستند رسمى يفيد خروجه من مصر بطريقة مشروعة ، ويحكم فضلا عن ذلك بمصادرة الأثر محل الجريمة .
