العقوبات التأديبية التى يجوز توقيعها على أعضاء النيابة
الإدارية هى :
الإنذار — اللوم — العزل .
ويكون توقيع عقوبة الإنذار بقرار من مدير عام النيابة الإدارية بعد
سماع أقوال العضو وتحقيق دفاعه .
أما عقوبتا اللوم والعزل فيكون توقيعهما بقرار من مجلس التأديب
