يحلف مديرعام النيابة الإدارية وجميع الأعضاء الفنيين
بها قبل مباشرة أعمالهم يمينا بأن يؤدوا عملهم بالذمة والصدق .
ويكون أداء اليمين بالنسبة إلى المدير العام أمام رئيس الجمهورية و يكون
أداء اليمين بالنسبة لباقى الأعضاء أمام الوزير المختص .
