Article 32 of the Administrative Prosecution and Disciplinary Trials Law

أحكام المحاكم التأديبية نهائية ، ولا يجوز الطعن فيها
إلا أمام المحكمة الإدارية العليا ، و يرفع الطعن وفقا لأحكام المادة ١٥
من القانون رقم ١٦٥ لسنة ١٩٥٥ بشأن تنظيم مجلس الدولة .
و يعتبر من ذوى الشأن فى حكم المادة المذكورة رئيس ديوان المحاسبة
ومدير عام النيابة الإدارية والموظف الصادر ضده الحكم .
وعلى رئيس هيئة مفوضى الدولة أن يقيم الطعن فى حالات الفصل
من الوظيفة إذا قدم إليه الطلب من الموظف المفصول .
