Article 24 of the Administrative Prosecution and Disciplinary Trials Law

تكون محاكمة الموظف أو الموظفين المتهمين بارتكاب
مخالفة واحدة أو مخالفات مرتبطة ببعضها ومجازاتهم على أساس اعتبارهم
تابعين للجهة أو الوزارة التى وقعت فيها المخالفة أو المخالفات المذكورة .
ولو كانوا تابعين عند المحاكمة أو المجازاة لوزارات أخرى فإذا تعذر تعيين
المحكمة على الوجه السابق تكون المحاكمة أمام المحكمة المختصة بالنسبة للوزارة
التى يتبعها العدد الأكبر من الموظفين ، فإذا تساوى العدد عينت المحكمة
المختصة بقرار من رئيس مجلس الدولة
