Article 2 of the Administrative Prosecution and Disciplinary Trials Law

تتكون النيابة الإدارية من :
( ١ ) قسم الرقابة .
( ب ) قسم التحقيق .
ويتكون كل قسم من إدارات يكون لكل منها رئيس ويلحق بها عدد
كاف من الأعضاء .
ويعين عدد الإدارات ودائرة اختصاص كل منها بقرار من رئيس
الجمهورية بناء على اقتراح المدير العام .
ويجوز أن يندب للعمل فى قسم الرقابة موظفون من رجال الضبط
أو من موظفى الوزارات والهيئات العامة ، ويكون الندب بناء على اقتراح
مديرعام النيابة الإدارية .
