Article 19 of the Administrative Prosecution and Disciplinary Trials Law

يصدر بتعيين عدد المحاكم التأديبية ومقرها ودوائر اختصاصها
وتشكيلها قرار من رئيس مجلس الدولة بعد أخذ رأى مدير عام النيابة
الإدارية .
ويختار كل من رئيس ديوان المحاسبة ورئيس ديوان الموظفين كل
سنتين عضوا أصليا وآخر احتياطيا لكل محكمة أو أكثر، فإذا غاب العضو
الأصلى أو قام به مانع حل محله العضو الاحتياطى .
ويجوز دائما إعادة إنتداب الأعضاء .
