يخطر رئيس ديوان المحاسبة بالقرارات الصادرة من
الجهة الإدارية فى شأن المخالفات المالية والمشار اليها فى المادة السابقة .
ولرئيس الديوان خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ اخطاره بالقرار أن
يطلب تقديم الموظف إلى المحاكمة التأديبية . وعلى النيابة الإدارية
فى هذه الحالة مباشرة الدعوى التأديبية خلال الخمسة عشر يوما التالية .
