لا يجوز إجراء أي تأشير هامشي بمقتضى طلب لاحق من شأنه الإخلال يحق طلب التأشير إلا بعد انقضاء الميعاد المعين في المادة السابقة أو الفصل في تظلم الطالب علي الوجه المبين فيها.
