للمأمورية من تلقاء نفسها أو بناء علي طلب صاحب الشأن أن تستوفى البيانات فيما يتعلق بوصف وأصل الملكية أو الحق العيني مما يكون قد قدم من طلبات أو مستندات متى كان لديها أصولها أو صورها. وفي هذه الحالة يجب تصوير كل مستند يستعان به علي نفقة صاحب الشأن.
