تعيد المأمورية للطالب نسخة من الطلب مؤشرا عليها برأيه في قبول إجراء الشهر أو ببيان ما يجب أن يستوفى فيه فإذا لم يتقدم الطالب لتسلم هذه النسخة خلال ثلاثة أيام من تاريخ التأشير عليها أرسلت إليه في محل إقامته المبين في الطلب بكتاب موصى عليه مصحوب بإخطار وصول.
