يؤدى رسم قدره مائة قرش عند تقديم الطلب.
ويعتبر الطلب كأن لم يكن إذا لم يتم شهر المحرر خلال سنة من تاريخ قيد الطلب وتمتد هذه المدة سنة ثانية إذا قدم الطالب قبل انتهاء السنة الأولى بأسبوعين طلب بالامتداد وأدي عنه الرسم المطلوب.
