From 1 June 1980 to 1 July 2006
تلتزم الجهات التالية بتوريد الضريبة المستحقة الى مصلحة الضرائب في المواعيد التي تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية ولو لم يكن أجر الاعلان قد تم تحصيله .
(أ) المنشأة المشتغلة بالاعلانات بالنسبة الى ما تتولى نشره منها .
(ب) دور الصحف بالنسبة الى ما ينشر فيها من اعلانات .
(ج) دور السينما بالنسبة الى ما يعرض فيها من اعلانات .
(د) هيئة الاذاعة والتليفزيون بالنسبة الى الاعلانات التي تذاع عن طريقها .
