مادة (٥٢) «تستحق ضريبة نوعية مقدارها ثلاثة جنيهات على كل من الكمبيالات والسندات لأمر أو لحاملها أيا كانت قيمتها .
ويتحمل الضريبة على الكمبيالة ساحب الكمبيالة وعلى السند لأمر مصدر السند» .
From 1 June 1980 to 14 July 2004
تستحق ضريبة نسبية مقدارها ثلاثة فى الألف بحد أدنى ستون مليما على الكمبيالات والسندات تحت الاذن أو لحاملها .
ويتحمل الضريبة على الكمبيالات صاحب الكمبيالة وعلى السندات تحت الاذن مصدر السند .
