يتحمل الضريبة المستحقة على أقساط ومقابل التأمين كل من المؤمن والمؤمن له
مناصفة .
وتتحمل شركة التأمين الضريبة على إجمالى أقساط ومقابل التأمين .
وفى جميع الأحوال لا تسرى الضريبة على أقساط ومقابل إعادة التأمين.

يتحمل الضريبة المستحقة على أقساط ومقابل التأمين كل من المؤمن والمؤمن له مناصفة .
وبالنسبة لعقود ترتيب الايراد يتحمل الضريبة المنتفع الا اذا كان ترتيب الايراد بمقابل فيتحمل المتعاقدان الضريبة مناصفة .
وتتحمل شركة التأمين عبء الضريبة على اجمالى أقساط ومقابل التأمين .
وفى جميع الأحوال لا تسرى الضريبة على أقساط ومقابل اعادة التأمين .
