Since 1 June 1980
تستحق ضريبة نوعية مقدارها مائة وخمسون مليما عن كل ورقة من أوراق الطلبات والشكاوى الآتى بيانها :
(أ) الطلبات والشكاوى التى تقدم بقصد الحصول على خدمة أو مزية أو منفعة الى الجهات الآتية :
١ الجهات الحكومية .
٢ شركات القطاع العام بشرط أن يكون الطلب أو الشكوى مقدمة من أحد العاملين بها .
٣ شركات القطاع الخاص التى يزيد رأسمالها على خمسة آلاف جنيه بشرط أن يكون الطلب أو الشكوى من أحد العاملين بها .
(ب) طلبات التوظيف التى تقدم الى الشركات المشار اليها فى البند السابق .
ويتحمل الضريبة مقدم الطلب أو الشكوى .
