Article 31 of the Stamp Tax Law

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ستة شهور وبغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة جنيهات ولا تجاوز خمسين جنيها أو باحدى هاتين العقوبتين :
(أ) كل من باع أو شرع فى بيع طوابع دمغة سبق استعمالها مع علمه بذلك .
(ب) كل من استعمل طوابع دمغة سبق استعمالها مع علمه بذلك .
وفى جميع الأحوال يكلف المخالف بلصق طوابع دمغة سليمة تعادل قيمة الطوابع المعاد استعمالها .
