كل محرر لم تؤد الضريبة المستحقة عليه طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون وكذلك كل حكم يصدر أو عمل رسمى يتم خلافا لأحكام المادة السابقة يجب عند تنفيذه أو التمسك به أن تؤدى عنه الضريبة المستحقة ، وذلك دون اخلال بحق مصلحة الضرائب فى اقتضاء الغرامات والتعويضات المقررة قانونا .
