للجهة الادارية المختصة إدراج المبالغ الآتية فى ميزانية المنظمة التعاونية إذا أغفلتها كلها أو بعضها .
(١) الالتزامات المالية المستحقة للغير .
(ب) النفقات اللازمة لإدارة وتسيير شئون المنظمة التعاونية .
(ج) المبالغ اللازمة لصيانة وتجديد الآلات والأدوات والمبانى وما يماثلها مما يلزم لحسن أداء المنظمة لأغراضها .
