يعتبر وزير الدولة للحكم المحلى والتنظيمات الشعبية الوزير المختص والجهة الإدارية المختصة بالنسبة إلى الاتحاد التعاونى الانتاجى المركزى .
ويعتبر الوزير المذكور هو الوزير المختص كما يعتبر جهاز الصناعات الحرفية والتعاون الجهة الإدارية المختصة بالنسبة لباقى منظمات التعاون الإنتاجى .
ومع ذلك يجوز بقرار من رئيس الجمهورية تحديد الوزير المختص أو الإدارية المختصة بالنسبة لبعض منظمات التعاون الانتاجى .
