تتكون الجمعية العمومية لكل من الجمعية التعاونية الإنتاجية الاتحادية ، والجمعية التعاونية الإنتاجية العامة من أعضاء منتخبين من مجالس إدارة الجمعيات التعاونية الإنتاجية الأعضاء .
ويحدد النظام الداخلى لهذه الجمعيات القواعد والإجراءات الخاصة بذلك .
