يتكون رأس مال الجمعية التعاونية الإنتاجية الاتحادية أو الجمعية التعاونية الإنتاجية العامة من أسهم غير محدودة العدد قيمة كل منها خمسة جنيهات ، ويجب أن تؤدى قيمة الأسهم المكتتب بها كاملة عند الاكتتاب .
