Article 52 of the Productive Cooperation Law

ويضاف إلى الاحتياطى القانونى للجمعية المبالغ الآتية :
(أ) عائد معاملات الأعضاء الذين يسقط حقهم فيه بسبب عدم حضور الجمعية العمومية أو بمضى سنة على استحقاقه دون مطالبة .
(ب) مكافأة رأس المال التى تنقضى سنة على استحقاقها دون مطالبة .
(ج) الإيرادات المتحصلة من بيع الأصول الثابتة للجمعية بما يزيد على قيمتها الدفترية .
وتستثمر احتياطيات الجمعية فى الأوجه التى يحددها مجلس إدارتها وتوافق عليها الجهة الإدارية المختصة .
