تمسك الجمعية حسابا خاصا لكل عضو من أعضائها وحسابا آخر لغير الأعضاء .
وتعد الجمعية لكل من المتعاملين معها بطاقة تكون أساسا للتعامل مع الجمعية .
وينظم الاتحاد التعاونى الإنتاجى المركزى بقرار منه نظام وإجراءات امساك حسابات الأعضاء إذا زاد عددهم على حد معين .
كما يصدر بالبيانات التى تتضمنها بطاقة التعامل مع الجمعية وطريقة القيد بها قرار من الجهة الإدارية المختصة بعد أخذ رأى الاتحاد المذكور .
