لا يجوز الجمع بين العمل فى الجهة الإدارية المختصة أو أى جهاز له الإشراف أو الرقابة على الجمعيات التعاونية وبين أى عمل من أعمال الإدارة أو الاستشارة بأجر أو بغير أجر فى هذه الجمعيات .
