مع مراعاة أحكام المادة ( ٨ ) ، تتألف الجمعية العمومية للجمعية التعاونية الإنتاجية الأساسية من كافة الأعضاء البالغين إحدى وعشرين سنة الذين انقضى على عضويتهم بالجمعية شهران على الأقل من تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية العمومية .
ويكون لعضو الجمعية صوت واحد فى إصدار القرارات مهما كان عدد الأسهم المكتتب بها .
