للمدين ولكل دائن ورد اسمه بقائمة الديون أن ينازع فى الديون المدرجة بها خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ النشر فى الصحف عن حصول الإيداع، وتقدم المنازعة إلى قلم الكتاب ولا يضاف إلى هذا الميعاد ميعاد المسافة .
