تقدم الطلبات إلى رئيس إدارة الإفلاس بعد قيدها بقلم كتاب المحكمة المختصة ، ويقوم بعرض الطلبات على قضاة الإفلاس لاتخاذ إجراءات الوساطة فيها على أن ينتهى من ذلك خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ تقديم الطلب . ولرئيس الإدارة مد هذه المدة لمدة مماثلة ، وذلك لمرة واحدة على الأكثر .
