تختص إدارة الإفلاس بالآتى :
( أ ) مباشرة إجراءات الوساطة فى طلبات إعادة الهيكلة والصلح الواقى من الإفلاس وشهر الإفلاس .
(ب) استيفاء مستندات الطلبات التى تختص بها محكمة الإفلاس وتحضيرها وإعداد مذكرة بطلبات الخصوم وأسانيدهم ، وذلك خلال مدة لا تجاوز ستين يوما من تاريخ قيد الطلب .
