إذا قدم طلب إلى إدارة الإفلاس لشهر إفلاس المدين وطلب آخر بالصلح الواقى من الإفلاس، فلا يجوز الفصل فى طلب شهر الإفلاس إلا بعد الفصل فى طلب الصلح .
ولا يترتب على التقدم بطلب آخر للصلح وقف طلب أو دعوى شهر الإفلاس .
