لايجوز بعد اعتماد خطة إعادة الهيكلة رفع دعوى بين التاجر وأى من الدائنين الموقعين، تكون متعلقة بتلك الخطة أو السير فيها أو رفع الدعاوى الفردية أو اتخاذ الإجراءات القضائية، وتوقف مدد التقادم المتعلقة بالدعاوى والمطالبات والديون الخاصة بهم، وذلك كل لحين انتهاء خطة إعادة الهيكلة .
