لايجوز للتاجر القيام بأى من التصرفات التى تؤثر على مصالح الدائنين بما فى ذلك البيع الذى لا علاقة له بممارسة أعماله التجارية المعتادة والتبرع والهبة والاقتراض أو الإقراض أو أى من الأعمال المجانية والكفالات وأى رهن أو تأمين أو أى من الأعمال المماثلة، بما يخالف خطة إعادة الهيكلة .
