يستمر التاجر فى إدارة أمواله طوال فترة إعادة الهيكلة ويظل مسئولا عما ينشأ عنها من التزامات أو تعاقدات سابقة أو لاحقة لتاريخ اعتماد خطة إعادة الهيكلة بما لا يخالف هذه الخطة .
