يصدر قاضى التفليسة حكما بإيقاع البيع فى حالة بيع العقارات المسجلة دون غيرها
بناء على ما تم من إجراءات وبعد سداد كامل الثمن ، على أن يتضمن الحكم قائمة شروط
البيع وما اتبع من إجراءات يوم البيع ، ويجب أن يتضمن منطوق الحكم الأمر بتسليم
العقار لمن حكم بإيقاع البيع عليه ، وذلك بعد تقديمه ما يفيد سداد الرسوم القضائية
المستحقة على المزاد .
