يصدر قاضى التفليسة قرارا بتسليم المنقولات والعقارات غير المسجلة المبيعة للراسى
عليه المزاد ، بعد سداد كامل الثمن وتقديمه ما يفيد سداد الرسوم المستحقة على المزاد .
ويترتب على صدور القرار تطهير العقارات والمنقولات من كافة الديون والحقوق
المترتبة عليها .
