يجب على من يعتمد قاضى التفليسة عطاءه أن يودع ، حال انعقاد جلسة المزاد ،
كامل الثمن الذى اعتمد والمصاريف ورسوم إجراء المزاد . ولقاضى التفليسة إعطاؤه مهلة
لاستكمال السداد بعد استقطاع مبلغ التأمين بما لا يجاوز ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ جلسة المزاد .
فإذا لم يودع الراسى عليه المزاد الثمن كاملا خلال المدة المحددة ، يسقط حقه فى استرداد
مبلغ التأمين ، وتعاد إجراءات المزاد بالشروط السابقة وفقا لآخر ثمن محدد .
