يصدر قاضى التفليسة قرارا بتعيين خبير من خبراء التقييم المقيدة أسماؤهم
بجدول خبراء إدارة الإفلاس وله عند الاقتضاء تعيين خبير آخر ، وذلك لتقييم المبيع
وفقا للمعايير الآتية :
( أ ) قيمة المبيع عند شرائه .
(ب) التعديلات التى طرأت على المبيع .
(ج) أثر معدلات التضخم على المبيع .
(د) القيمة السوقية وقت التقييم .
(ه) القيمة الإيجارية للمبيع وقت التقييم .
