يعود إلى كل دائن بعد انتهاء حالة الاتحاد الحق فى التنفيذ على المدين للحصول على
الباقى من دينه بناء على شهادة من قاضى التفليسة بالمتبقى من دينه ، ويعتبر قبول الدين
فى التفليسة بمثابة حكم نهائى فيما يتعلق بهذا التنفيذ ، على أن يؤشر على سند الدين بما
يفيد استلام الدائن للشهادة .
