تزول جميع آثار الإفلاس بصدور قرار التصديق على الصلح ، ويكون على الأمين أن
يقدم إلى المفلس حسابا ختاميا ويناقش الحساب بحضور قاضى التفليسة .
وتنتهى مهمة الأمين ويستلم المفلس أمواله ودفاتره وأوراقه منه بموجب إيصال ،
ولا يكون الأمين مسئولا عن هذه الأشياء إذا لم يستلمها المفلس خلال سنة من تاريخ إقرار
الحساب الختامى .
ويحرر قاضى التفليسة محضرا بجميع ما تقدم .
