لا يشمل الامتياز المقرر للحكومة بسبب الضرائب على اختلاف أنواعها إلا دين الضريبة المستحقة على المفلس عن السنتين السابقتين على صدور الحكم بشهر الإفلاس ، وتدخل الضرائب الأخرى المستحقة فى التوزيعات بوصفها ديونا عادية .
