يكون للمؤجر فى حالة إنهاء إيجار العقار الذى يمارس فيه المفلس التجارة طبقا للمادة ( ١٤٣ ) من هذا القانون امتياز لضمان الأجرة المستحقة له عن السنة السابقة على صدور حكم شهر الإفلاس وعن السنة الجارية ، وإذا بيعت المنقولات الموجودة فى العين المؤجرة أو نقلت ظل المؤجر محتفظا بحقه فى الامتياز .
