تودع القرارات التى يصدرها قاضى التفليسة قلم كتاب المحكمة فى اليوم التالى لصدورها ، وللقاضى أن يأمر قلم الكتاب بإخطارها لكل ذى مصلحة ، ويكون الإخطار بكتاب مسجل مصحوبا بعلم الوصول ، إلا إذا أمر قاضى التفليسة بإخطارها بطريقة أخرى .
