جنود الدرجة الثانية.
يجوز أن يلحق بخدمة الشرطة من يقع عليهم الاختيار من بين المستدعين للخدمة العسكرية ويعينون جنودا من الدرجة الثانية ويخضعون فى خدمتهم ومعاملتهم لجميع الأحكام الخاصة بالجنود وضباط الصف فى القوات المسلحة وخاصة من حيث نظم الخدمة والمعاش أو المكافآت والتأمين والتعويض.
ويحدد وزير الداخلية بقرار منه بعد أخذ رأى المجلس الأعلى للشرطة جهات وزارة الداخلية التى تكون لها الاختصاصات المقررة بالنسبة لهم فى قوانين القوات المسلحة، كما يحدد ما يسند إليهم من مهام وأعمال.
