تكون الإجازة السنوية لأمين الشرطة شهرا فى السنة وشهرا ونصف شهر لمن تجاوز الخمسين من عمره.
وتكون الإجازة الخاصة المنصوص عليها فى المادة 37/ 4 بقرار من مساعد الوزير المختص ولمدة لا تجاوز شهرا.
