يحتفظ فى حساب خاص بحصيلة جزاءات الخصم والوقف عن العمل التى توقع على الضباط، وكذلك المبالغ التى لا تصرف إليهم بسبب الإحالة أو الوقف عن العمل طبقا للمواد 53، 54، 60 من هذا القانون وكذلك ما يخصم منهم نظير أيام الغياب بدون إذن.
ويكون الصرف من هذه الحصيلة فى الأغراض الاجتماعية أو الثقافية أو الرياضية للضباط طبقا للشروط والأوضاع التى يحددها وزير الداخلية بعد أخذ رأى المجلس الأعلى للشرطة.
