عند ندب الضابط للقيام بعمل وظيفة أخرى داخل الوزارة تكون السلطة التأديبية هى الجهة التى ندب للعمل بها.
أما إذا ندب أو أعير للعمل خارج الوزارة فتختص سلطات التأديب فى وزارة الداخلية بتأديبيه إذا كان ما وقع منه فى الجهة المنتدب أو المعار إليها يخل بأحكام هذا القانون أو بكرامة هيئة الشرطة واعتبارها.
ويعتبر الضابط فى هذه الحالة ملحقا بآخر جهة كان يعمل بها فى الوزارة قبل الندب أو الإعارة.
