لوزير الداخلية بعد أخذ رأى المجلس الأعلى للشرطة إيفاد الضابط فى بعثات أو منح أو فى أجازات دراسية بمرتب أو بدون مرتب، بالشروط والأوضاع التى تحددها لائحة البعثات التى تصدر بقرار من وزير الداخلية بعد موافقة المجلس الأعلى للشرطة.
وتدخل مدة البعثة أو المنحة أو الأجازة الدراسية فى استحقاق العلاوة أو الترقية وكذلك فى المدة المحسوبة فى المعاش ويحصل عنها أقساط المعاش والتأمين.
