ينشأ لكل ضابط ملفان، يودع بأحدهما مسوغات تعيينه والبيانات والملاحظات والمعلومات الخاصة به المتعلقة بأعمال وظيفته ويودع بالثانى التقارير السنوية السرية المقدمة عنه وكل ما يثبت جديته من الشكاوى والتقارير بعد تحقيقها وسماع أقواله فيها وموافقة المجلس الأعلى للشرطة على إيداعها.
