عند العمل بهذا القانون يمنح مساعدو الشرطة وضباط الصف وجنود الدرجة الأولى ورجال الخفر النظاميون الفرق بين أول مربوط درجة كل منهم فى هذا القانون وأول مربوط نفس الدرجة فى القانون رقم 61 لسنة 1964 معدلا بالقانون رقم 44 لسنة 1968، ولا يؤثر ذلك على علاواتهم الدورية ولا على مواعيد استحقاقها.
