لا يسرى حكم البند ٦ من المادة (٢١) من قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٤٨ لسنة ٢٠١٩ على أعضاء هيئة الشرطة الذين تنتهى خدمتهم طبقا لأحكام المادتين رقمى (١٩) ، (٧٧ مكررا ٥) من هذا القانون .
كما لا تسرى أحكام المادة (١٥٦) من قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات المشار إليه على جميع ضباط وأفراد هيئة الشرطة عند تسوية معاشهم .
